We had pot luck at work today so i wasnt that hungry for dinner

first dinner was two grilled turkey cutlets, crisp garlicky steal cut oat cakes with pignoli and a some stewed tomatos with cracked corriandre and black pepper.

second dinner was Egg Nog MMilk and 3/4 cup Bran Buds (less than 18 impact carbs, off to their maker with Glucorell)

third dinner will be one scoop of Creme Brulle MMilk and one scoop of ISO-AGB.

Today was 'big back day' so i get me seven meals today... Yummy Yummerson.
