what did you BENCH/DEADLIFT before and after cycle

dide a puny cycle of var 1 year ago was benching 320lbs 4times now im about 280 3 times. my strength is diminishing time to do another puny cycle

Nope, U arent alone. everyone has a weak point. Mine is chest. I still kill it and have improved dramaticly over the years but its still weaker then the rest.

wtf is all this talk about 485 X ONE. ONE rep? will that even make a diffrence? I mean I dont even know what I can bench once. I know its a hell of alot more then what I can do 6 times but ONE? shit.

Someone please correct me here but isnt that useless?

Useless??? In the sport of weightlifting/powerlifting, one rep is the determining factor in the winner. Not useless at all, if you are interested in maximum strength

Toom you could easily add 20 natty lbs to your bench bor

i know Gambino i havent done aas for i think a year and a half. and it was a var only cycle. i dont want to be huge i just wanted strength and i got it and now im just starting to lose it. i dont go for big weight. ill do 230lbs on the bench sets of 10 or 5x5 big weight is just harder on my body.
