Benched 405 1 rep naturally before ever using gear, never maxed since using gear because of shoulder surgery I had from a football injury in college. . . but got 365 for 8 on Monday, and haven't cycled for around 2 years. I'd like to do 500 someday.
Don't like deadlifts, bulging discs in back, another football injury, so when I do them, I usually do 405 for 8-12 depending how I feel.
