what did you BENCH/DEADLIFT before and after cycle

Dude is it me? Am I just a fag when it comes to benching??? What the fuk?? I wish I could be throwing up some of the weight you guys are pushing...
 
I suck at benching also.......It means very little anyways.

You're just trying to make me feel better ;) I'm going to start telling myself that.... :evil:
 
Benched 405 1 rep naturally before ever using gear, never maxed since using gear because of shoulder surgery I had from a football injury in college. . . but got 365 for 8 on Monday, and haven't cycled for around 2 years. I'd like to do 500 someday.
Don't like deadlifts, bulging discs in back, another football injury, so when I do them, I usually do 405 for 8-12 depending how I feel.
 
Not everone is "made" to bench heavy....The biomechanics/movement involved in benching has NEVER felt natural to me...NEVER.

I have seen some great pecs built without benching, it's all about working the muscle and getting the most out of what you can do.

I guess you're right...My chest is cut up.. I would just like a bit more depth to my chest though..

before i started a cycle i could only bench your sisters weight like 205. then now half of what you mama weighs like 250.
