deads same all the way through stuck at 600, my abs will always start to cramp terribly, feels like I have a rock in my sqirt
I do mostly incline presses for my chest. Before my first cycle I think I was able to pump 270 out once maybe...Mid cycle was able to rep 285 for 6. That was awhile ago. I learned the hard way that when on gear you're not unbreakable, i kept pushing myself for more weight more reps TOO fast and hurt my shoulder and chest...it still bothers me on chest day so I have to be really strict on my reps and be carefull not too tear something
