What day is HELL day?

Holy shit bros for me it's definetely legs. To squeeze out that extra rep requires some deep inner power. NOTHING comes close to a good leg day IMO. After a good leg workout, I am fu*king blasted and completely exhausted - I just love the feeling !!!!:D

What is hell day for you bros?
 
My hell day used to be legs, but I changed it so it is my shortest workout. In and out in 45 minutes. No abs, cardio, just legs! Its the long workouts that kill me now Chest/Tri's/Abs day allways comes too soon.
 
I hate the ppl that do chest delts and tris. that seriously too much i hate that. it's not hell day, i just don't ever feel motivated to work my upper body like that at once.
 
Used to be back. Now it's legs. Nothing comes close to taxing the body like squats, not even deads IMO.
 
BACK DAY DEADS and SHUGS in one day...uhhh it hurts so GOOD :rolleyes:

I hope thats not refering to me... If so I never wrote that I train delts with chest/tri's.
 
yeah dont worry about it, not aimed at you. I dont 'hate' em obviously, i just hate that training split, that's all.

i agree with enocks answer btw....
