6'1" 233, guessing 12.9 bf. (just love the .5's so I went with .9 ) 35 inch waist. (I buy 36inch and have them altered) Faint abs, 19 3/4 inch arms.(arms have always been bigger than average) My legs have not had the attention that my upper has had, but Im working on it. That is really all the stats that I know for sure.(expect for BF)
