What are your measurements?

I get a lot of people telling me that I am pretty big but I always seem to look the same. I am 5'6 and when I started training hard I was only 117lbs (Sr. in high school)

Now I am 185 at the same height. I know that I am bigger but I must not see myself the same way. I remember being 150 and I always though...boy if I could be 175 I would be pretty damn big.

Now that I am there I am nothing! Anyone else have this happen? I guess we are never happy which sucks.

These are all at the largest peak of the muscle

Neck 17
Calves 16.5
Legs 26.5
Chest 45 (kinda hard to get a good tape.)

Anyone else know theres....I just started a bulking cycle so I didn't even want to try waist right now.
 
I feel ya bro, everyone tells me stuff like that all the time and rarely do I really feel like you can tell. I guess we see our selves gradually change and dont notice it as much as others. Im not unhappy with my size at all Its just others notice my gains more than I do

same here. i keep lifting and dieting and don't see any changes.

then i will see someone that hasn't been around me for a while; and their reaction is something like a double take and an envious grin.

pity we can't see ourselves as others see us!

--I'm not sure if these measurments are pretty good for my size or what. I don't know I'm pretty happy I guess. Just need to get my chest to grow some more!

me?? have big arms?? I don't see it. others say it though. they are around 18 1/2

I get this all of the time. I do not think I am big, I do not think I am decent... I guess this helps motivate me and gets me goig even more.

6'5" 280. Thighs should be bigger but had knee surgery and just getting back into leg workouts.
 
Truth is you will almost never think of yourself as big. You may notice some gains and all but you can never look in the mirror and think Dam I'm gettin pretty big. The thing to do is when your out with your friends somewhere or people you know where your picture might be taken just casually get yourself in the pic when your next to your friends or family. When the pic gets developed look at it and you'll be suprised. You'll think to yourself, "dam I'm pretty big." I'm 6'2 and used to be about 185 now my max weight is 225 after working out. I never looked in the mirror and saw myself as big but i saw a pic that was taken of me and i was around some friends and I said Holy shit! I'm fuckin huge. Of course I was at my peak in that pic I saw.
