my wrists suck, i have to wear wrist wraps when i bench cause my wrist are so small and there is a ton of strain on them when i bench heavy......

Are you sure this is a wrist issue? It seems like it could be corrected with gripwork to improve your grip/forearm strength. I'm not in your shoes though, just an observation.
