What are your favorite compounds for keepable gains?

"Dramatic change" isn't necessarily "keepable" gains.

For actual solid muscle tissue growth -- Primo.

The reason people don't like Primo is because they're rather believe that 10 pounds of water is more muscle.

Remember -- they are anabolic/androgenic steroids. The androgen makes you stronger and harder, but it's the anabolic quality that builds muscle.

i agree 100%

usually newbs with low fitness IQ's believe that its an accomplishment to 'gain' a ton of water/fat.. i would rather gain a few pounds of quality muscle mass with no fat or water which is why primo is the best and the ONLY aas i have ever taken that gave me those results
 
Sure there's always a lot more to it than the compound used but that's another thread, obviously people develop preferences as far as certain compounds for certain goals... I agree with Negropops on Tren, you might not keep as much, but the gains are so incredible it makes up for it.... I'd rather keep eight of fourteen pounds than six of eight...

Having said that Tren is a harsh compound and even if the short term side effects are tolerable to you as an individual, you have to consider the potential impact on your health from using it often, which is why I'm hoping Primo works out for me...

'gains' is a relative term.

gains could mean a lot of things

it can mean strength, it can mean losing fat, gaining mass, etc etc

a lot of newbs have X goal and they think they can take steroids and magically reach X goal. it doesn't work like that.. you can't wish upon the steroid gods to grant you your wish. one newb wants to use them to lose weight, the other wants to use them to gain weight. i guess if you just wish for what you want it will happen like magic

Exactly! Gains is not just what the scale says... I know for a lot of people, gains have a completely different meaning... They are relevant to the desired goal
 
Speaking of side effects.. I'd rather have a little high blood pressure and a disappointed liver than have an ass cheek that feels like it got stabbed with a rusty fork everyday. But that's just me.

Side effects are called that for a reason.. they belong on the side. The gains you make from Tren literally out weigh the risks of using it. '

Nothing against primo, I actually plan to run it at some point.. but Tren is the king. No matter what you are trying to accomplish.. Tren trumps everything.

yeah but you weres asking what is your fav compound for KEEPABLE gains.

you aren't gonna keep your tren 'gains' i'm sorry. on tren I can bench 4 plates. off of tren i don't see any chance of that happening .. tren takes you to another level strength wise that is beyond comprehension. but when you come off your strength tanks hard. even if you were to cruise with another compound you will deflate quickly. it kinda sucks.
 
I strongly disagree with that. My last cycle was 500 mg of test, and 600 mg a tren per week. I put on a little more then 15 pounds. It is now 6 months after PCT, and I have kept 100% of the size I gained, and the majority of the strength. I was on and off SARMS for the majority of the period, but I have been off of everything for more than a month now.. and have still maintained what I gained from the cycle.

I dont doubt that bro but your in rare company... A lot of that has to do with your work ethic and knowledge of how to train and the use of sarms also enables you to keep gains... Steves point is relevant to most... There are always exceptions
 
oh.. I accredit a lot of my kept gains to SARMS.. I'd be an idiot or very naive if I said that had nothing to do with it. And I agree with steve to an extent. You won't be the same person when you are on cycle with tren, when you come off. But if you take what you were before and compared to after.. I don't think you can get better results in the period of time with anything else.

I read it again and I think its easy for a lot of people to look at my post and assume I'm saying if you juice and then come off that all your gains will go bye bye. you understood what i meant

obviously there is no excuse for that to happen with the great supplements out there and assuming the person keeps working their ass off and eating well
