Honestly, I find that my stomach is less bothered by chicken. I DO LOVE beef, but it sits in my stomach. The chicken on a bed of cool greens with a bit of blue cheese or feta with a scant amount of vinegarette always makes my tummy happy.... or salmon on a bed of crips romaine. yummy
