i say look at some bodybuldiers..look at stalone heres been jucing since he was 30 and hes in grat shape..then look at arnold..heart attack
 
blasting and cruising cant really be argued to be healthy at all

i mean e cant really argue using super psyiological doses of hormones can be healthy, despite any protocol we may try to invent

however there are SAFE ways to blast and cruise

1. not using doses that cause you alot of side effects, e.g if 2-3 weeks through ru cycle ur getting massive headaches, blood pressure issues, cholestrol problems and ur hairs starting to fall out this is a clear sign your doses are to high or ur using the wrong gear

remeber just becoz somone else can use 1-2 grams of anabolics safely without side effects doesnt mean you can

2. use comman sense, if your getting to a size where your struggling to do a light jog, or start pouring in seat walking up stairs and heart rate goes through the roof then it might be a early sign your wearing your body out pretty fast

3. setting the lowest possible cruise dose,

e.g i hear guys who are still gaining during there cruises of 300mg test cyp, if your gaining during a cruise this generaly means your cruise dose is to high since your bodys still responding very well to the high levels of hormones in your body, a cruise is meant to be a mainaince phase and more relaxed phase

4. know wen your big enough

if yur 5'9 tall, 7 or 6%bf and 240 pounds then dont fool urself that this is a healthy weight, your body was not designed to support this kind of muscle mass, try imagine just how much blood and energy that kind of muscle mass requires? and how hard your heart has to work in order to support that kind of muscle mass

i could list endless rules, but none of them are set in stone coz everyone is different


in the end of the day it comes down to comman logic and listening to ur body

i know this sounds a little broad, but once u begin a blasting and crusing protocol you will quickly become aware of what ur body can and cant handle safely, and realise what im talking about

there was a memeber on this forum not long ago who use to blast and cruise, did it for about 2 years and ran up to almost 3 grams of anabolics a week during his blasts

he ended up needing to go on HRT and stop his blasting and cruising since he was starting to face heart complications, and was forced to do this by his hear specialist at the time

you can also look into a documentary of a a bodybuilder niknamed BIG KIWI who suffers from megarexia,

its a doco about a bodybuilder who is inevidably going to die in a few years becoz his heart is failing from all the steroids and substances he used i order to achieve his massive muscular frame in which is heart can no longer support

wat makes that doco sad is the guy still continues to take steroids and try to get bigger despite the fact hes dieing

like i said, its all about using comman sense and knowing wen enough is enough

here is that docu, anyone who claims roids aren't addictive hasn't done them or is in denial.
not saying that holds true for everyone, cause it doesn't...but i don't no many folks who just do one cycle.
 
I'm concidering going with something like this:

Finishing up a 16 week cycle of sustanon (d-Bol/beastdrol kick finishing w/6 weeks winny)

Then going 125mg p/week test enanthate for 4-5 months then another cycle.

After about a month at my "cruise" dosage I will be adding 50mg p/day t-Bol for a month to prep for a strength competition, but back down to just 125 p/week enanthate after that.

After my fall cycle I will concider a standard pct and going off or possibly just going back to cruise.

I'm 34, 6'2" 230, 12% bf, will cut to 220-225 post cycle and aiming for 225 at 10%.

I will be using hcg on and off throughout.
 
There most certainly is a tolerance, but it has nothing to do with getting big. It seems the guys who stay on are the ones who never grow past a certain point. And let's be real -- there are health risks -- unless you do HRT dosages, but why the fuck would you want to replace 700 mgs of natural test for 800 mgs of something you have to depend on. And after a cerain point you'll need more and more just to get back to 700 -- which you already had. And then, you're stuck for life. It really makes no sense.
 
i agree facts are facts im not saying its the best idea..but its not the worse idea..just as many bad negative post they are out there they have just as much medical scientific proof that trt is good and healthy..its just what u chose to belive
