Magnesium aspartate

a good diet helps a lot. definately keep it low in saturated fats, cholestoral and sodium. Stay in shape (within your healthy weight range) and maintain a physically active schedule

hawthorn i think

Research info on the DASH diet.

Drink more water. Loose some weight. Change your lifestyle.....

All the things my doc made me do. I had really high BP, doing all of the things above and taking meds have helped dramatically. I was in the 'much higher and you'll check out' range of high BP 180's over upper 90's, now I'm down to 1teens over 70's.

Good luck

Antioxidants(ALA, NAC, multi vits, CoQ10, berries), self hypnosis/deep relaxation, better diet, and garlic(also an antioxidant).
Ive been able to keep my blood pressure down at 110/55 with a Resting Heart beat of 45-50 bpm just doing the first three. If you can take garlic aka garlique, thats pretty good stuff as far as Ive read.
