What a Dilemma

One of my best guys friends (who also became a paying client a year ago) and one of my closest female friends hooked up after a party last weekend.
I had no idea they even liked each other, but there was A LOT of tequila at this party (I had 2, I was the driver that night) and the next day they both called to tell me they had sexy time and didn't use a condom.

The dilemma: In his consult with me, I was treating him for recurrent outbreaks of genital herpes. I gave him hell for screwing my friend knowing he had herpes (ppl who do this are fucking crazy assholes), but I can't tell my friend cause they she will freak on him and I will be breaking my code of ethics on a professional level.

They are going to hook up again this weekend..what to do?

I told him...I doubt he listens.

This has actually made me really angry. My friend is really important to me and I want to tell her. I was thinking maybe telling her a lie and saying he is seeing another girl on the side and is famous for not using condoms so tell her to please use one.

condom isn't gonna necessarily stop the transmission of herpes either

super douchey he knows he has herpes and didn't fill her in though. ("fill her in" probably isn't the best terminology here is it)
