Ask at it shall be granted lol, thanks Spatts. Alot of you guys had great squat form, makes me want to improve when I see that.
 
I don't think yours was that bad you just need to sit back into your gear more and not be as upright-which is my problem also. But the 25lb pr I got today on bench helped me forget about my squats lol.
 
Spatts, I really dont think your squat is as bad as you think. A little more pause on the box maybe. And I think with some added band tension on DE days while dropping all of your running, you're squat is going to kick ass.
