We're Going To Westside And Nazareth Barbell This Weekend!!!

dg, I just need to hit a lot of squat sessions with you. Tate told me to just do whatever you do! lol

I think my squat problem is 90% mental and 10% technical.

Like this weekend when we benched, I had no trouble going for broke because I had 3 spotters and 2 handlers, and I knew I'd be ok. Because of that, I ended up 60 pounds higher than I thought. I wonder what I would do if I felt that secure with my squat. If I knew I wasn't going to pin my skull to the floor, I bet I wouldn't be so timid. I've just had too many close calls with ME squat attempts, and it's all in my head now.
 
Running??? we don't need no stinkin runnin' round' here! Powerliftin' here!! LOL Spotters do help greatly. I no longer care about if I miss a weight, I know it won't hurt me if I do.
