Well that was just a rather odd breakfast.....

Didn't feel like eggs so I made Hamburger Helper, creamed asparagus, and ate half of it along with 6 pieces of heavily buttered raison toast. Belch.
 
Other than the creamed asparagus, that sounds pretty good. I had grapenuts, bagel with peanut butter, protein shake, and lots of atkins milk. That shit rules, I can drink 2 cups of it and get 24g's of protein and only 6g's carbs. Plus I'm so used to skim milk it doesn't taste any different lol.
 
ehhhhh, what is point of having "low carb milk" if you are going to choke it down with a bagel??? beats me. Carbs and fats together are a explosive combination
 
The point is not low CARBS... just low SUGAR. I keep my carbs fairly high all the time, I try to keep them complex though, like the whole-wheat bagel, grapenuts, oats, and brown rice. That's about all the carbs I'll eat except on a cheat day. I get very little sugar this way and that seems to work much better. 6g's of sugar instead of 24g's is a big difference :)
 
i would say. had 2 whole eggs 6 eggwhites and a bowl of oatmeal with a cup of tea and honey
