I tried that stuff when I first started going to the gym a lot regularly because a woman at GNC recommended it and I didn't know much about bodybuilding and/or nutrition at the time. I forced the stuff down, but it tasted awful IMO.jpt said:up your mass is by far the best weight gainer i have ever used. i was drinking 2 shakes a day and i think i gained like 3 pounds in a week but with a pretty strict diet. wasn't necessarily looking to gain weight just was trying it out...i looked bigger over all. i used the cinnabun flavor.....it's 550 cals per serving...good carb source such as oats and barley.......
