Week 7 and I'm Confused... Help me out!

Alright heres the deal, its week 7 of my first cycle. Sust 250 and Deca 200 each week. Started off weighing 194 lbs with about 10 % bf (6ft tall). Currently I weigh 194 lbs and I'm guessing the body fat has gone up a few %'s because my love handles have gotten larger and my waiste on my pants are a lot tighter.

Heres where the confusing part comes in. Visibly every single muscle in my body has become larger and more defined. As well my strength has increased on every single lift. But my body weight is the same and my bf % is higher? wtf

-Side note at week 5 I was weighing 199lbs and doing good. I got the flu and had to take 4 days off from the gym and ended up loosing 7 lbs. (I couldn't keep anything down that I ate)

As far as my eating habits are concerned, I'm not really keeping track of the total cal's and protein, but I do know I'm eating a shit load more than I was 7 weeks ago.

So, because my body weight is the same as it was 7 weeks ago, should I just "force feed" more clean food into my body. I'm eating balanced meals every 2-3 hours and I'm feeling good and not hungry. Maybe I should start cramming more food down even though im not hungry?

And also again, whats the deal with me looking visibly larger and more cut, yet my body weight is the same as the start of cycle, and my waiste/love handles are definately bigger/fatter

Hmm, that is very odd. I don't see how your muscles could get visibly larger as well as the increased strength that you mentioned without gaining muscle mass, especially since you said you are actually losing LBM.
 
I think you got some bunk gear. You are lifting harder because your think your on some good shit and getting stronger naturally and mentally. If your on sust. and deca your muscles grow not your waist. The weight loss was due to dehydration while you were sick. Just my thoughts.
 
The one time I ever got sick on cycle all my gains came to a halt for the entire time I was sick. And I didnt have the flu. I can only imagine the kind of detrimental effects that the flu would have on your gains. But things should've picked right back up after you got better. And seeing as though you were only up 5lbs at week 5, I would start to question whether or not your gear was legit.
 
what is ur diet (total cal, fat, carbs, pro.)?
your lifting routine? everything from exercises and reps to time and intensity.
also what co. made your gear?
 
are you sure you not mistaking bloat for bf

how do you know your bodyfat % went up?

My first reaction is to agree with the fake Juice sentimate.

But, when taking AS the muscle cell can have two reactions- increased diamiter, or inreased density. Also know as hardining agents verses bulking agents. So its posible that you can gain strenghth without mass.

That said, both the agents you mentioned are bulking agents, know for there increase in muscle mass. So, unless your bench went up 60ib Id say fake shit.
