Week 7 and I'm Confused... Help me out!

I dont think the gear is fake...and...I dont think the food is the problem.

It could be many things but i think that you could be dropping some fat. When i used deca a while back, i didnt gain that much but my muscle structure changed alot.

Also, i basically dont gain that much on anything, but ALWAYS get much stronger and ALWAYS look fuller..
 
bump up your gear. i dont think 250mg of test and 200mg of deca will do anything for you, unless you are over 50 years old

I'd agree with this. I'd double both amounts.
 
my guess would be that something is wrong with your your diet. You said yourself you dont really keep track of it. Don't be fooled into thinking that ass's are the magic pill to turning you into the next mr olympia. You still have to track your diet and training! Try writing down what you eat for a week and be honest with yourself too. Add up the nutritional values from all your meals and I bet you will find your problem.
