Wednesday Military press on 5x5 tough??

thats why i love the 5x5 routine.....i can do everything at my house with dying fetus blasting on 10. no extra, accessory-laden machines to fook with.

i made a squat rack out of 2 sturdy, wooden saw-horses i made out of oak. works perfect!
 
Personally I think the deads are the most important lift for that day so they should be done first when you are at your freshest, with the exception of the light squats when doing 5 sets. That is the same reason squats are done first on the other days.

I do squats first on light days, then deadlifts. Followed by the exercises after them. Deadlifts are the most important lift for that day on your typical 5x5 routine and should be the main concentration. The squats are there, but they're lighter. All exercises fall in line after the deadlifts.
