Water retention and AI

I will never again run a long ester without an AI. The water rentention of that last weeks not only is unslightly it has caused my blood pressure to shoot up.

AI will always be used from now on.

Oh yeah and Ducks suck

U ran test e . From my research No AI is needed running test prop with masteron so forgive me I was just thinking about my next one. But I had read short ester test doesn't need an AI. But yes always have on hand.

Shorter esters do cause a little less water retention, but if you do enough, long enough, it'll do the same thing. MAst won't bloat though.

I get crazy bloat from even 100mg of test prop. Guess it's all individual. I find an AI is a must on test, whatever I take
