I use this on my halter horses to build muscle, it is a pelleted supplement with a good source of protein, etc. The only thing that wouldnt be good would be the Selenium...what do you all think?

name is Xtreme Advantage from progressive feeds.

TheCrude Protein min. 77 grams per scoop
Lysine, min. 4,864 mgs per scoop
Methionine min. 1,540 mgs per scoop
Threonine min. 4,000 mgs per scoop
Crude Fat min. 9.7 grams per scoop
Crude Fiber min. .51 grams per scoop
Calcium min. 510 mgs per scoop
Phosphorus min. 468 mgs per scoop
Copper min. 4.300 mcgs per scoop
Selenium, min. 34 mcgs per scoop
Zinc min. 9,800 mcgs per scoop
Vitamin A min. 1,110 IU per scoop
Vitamin D min. 111 IU per scoop
Vitamin E min. 18 IU per scoop

It puts muscle on horses very well. I wouldnt use no scoop, but I was thinking of a couple Tablespoons with a shake. This stuff isnt cheap. It is about 100.00 for a 15# bucket.
What you think?

I hear Alpo is pretty good too....just playing bro!

Honestly, if there is ONE lousy ingredient in there (selenium in this case), are you sure you want to try it? This shit was formulated for horses, not humans...

What if you grow a horse-sized cock all of a sudden?? On second thought, if that's the case, let all of us bros know where we can get some!!!!! :)

Well for one...if I grow a cock there is something very wrong :p as I am a female bodybuilder. But I could allways see how it goes with my 2 year old son. He is allways trying to eat the stuff, even though he knows better not to, he tries to grab a hand full when I am feeding.
But if you look at the ingredients, it compares to the shakes a lot, just has more protein, which I think is a good thing. Its just a muscle enhancement supplement.
I was hoping to see what the thoughts are on anyone that knows ingredients well if the selenium and zinc would be to much, so anyone out there that knows ingredients well please let me know your thoughts......thanks

I would just go for a good multi vit and mineral supplement.

There is some research that people are deficient in the trace mineral like selenium.

Taking a supplement designed for a horse could have a few inherent problems like the quality control, and also the amounts, as we are not as big as horses.
