want to GAIN weight

Im tall, skinny, 23 and weigh about 60kg
I really want to start trying to put on some weight so im just wondering on whats the best things to eat / drink?

Does drinking alot of milk every day contribute?

And with eating things like

Rice
Nuts
Bread
Weatbix?

These are just the sort of things i have at home for the moment I wanted to ask about.

all about having more calories in then you use in a day. milk is a great source. lots of carbs, and protein. your list is good for carb sources but you will need a bunch of meat since your aiming for 1.5-2g protein per lb. so eat alot of chicken,fish,beef,pork and turkey cleaner the better but just eat alot. if you browse the forum alot you will see alot of help on bulking diets.. take a look at some of them and see ruffly the concept they are using
 
At your size, I would eat 250 g protein, 500 g carbs, and 50 g fat each day spread out over 6 meals. Lift hard and the weight you gain will be mostly muscle.
