It's fine to take non stop though some people find it has more of a "kick" if they go off for a couple of weeks now and then and then go back on. It could completely psychological though. You just miss it and then when you have it back it's more apparent.

For real. Why use a "normal" protein shake when you can have something that's going to give results you notice?

BIG BLAST is a little pricey but compared to most outlets like GNC it's only a couple of bucks more than some run of mill MRP. And it really is so much better.
