Waking up at night to pee, supps to help?

I keep waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and then I can't go back to sleep. is there a supplement that I can take before bed that can help keep me sleeping but also won't let me pee in the bed lol
when I used to smoke marijuana it used to make me do that so I don't want to repeat that

i recommend either stopping drinking 2 hours prior

or drink into sleep and try and get up earlier. you don't want to take a drug to shut off your pee. a lot of risks doing that

Don't drink water so close to bed and integrate daily n2guard 2-3 caps.
