Wow, you get a Viper, that is obviously a race car, with full Mickey F'ing Thompson Slicks, vs. a street Supra with a radials. Yeah, that really matters.
They are two drastically different cars. The Viper is brute force and ignorance with nearly obsolete technology. The Supra is an over engineered nearly state of the art supercar, with the potential to be a ridiculously fast, all with a 6 cyl!
They are very different. And to compare the two is apples versus oranges.

My guess not a single one of you has ever owned a Viper.....
I've had 7.....most recently a Black Hennessy 03' RT/10......
There is no comparison........
Take two stock cars......a 96 RT/10 with 10000 miles on it...
And a stock Supra Twin Turbo......with 10000 miles on it.....
Book value is the same.......and the actually purchase price would be the same if you could find two such cars to compare.....and buy
Any way you want to look at it......in stock form the Supra would get it's ass handed to it every time......
You wanna talk mods????
Ok........put $5,000 in the Supra.......whatever you want.....
And I'll put $5,000 in a stock RT/10 gears, header, exhaust, and better airflow........and once again the Viper will contiune to walk away from the Supra.......
