True, yohimburn is a good product, however if it is really gynecomastia it will have no effect on the tissue itself

I read about the Yohimburn product. So far..sounds really good after hearing people w/ similar probs get good results from it. I am going to try it. Have any of you guys tried this? Where can I buy this from besides the web?

headbanger , I don't think yohimburn is a good solution if your bodyfat is high +20%

1. find out what your bodyfat is
2. find out if it's gyno or not.
2a if it is gyno is it estrogenic or prolactin , or progesterone. keep in mind the only thing that blocks progrsterone is the abortion pill ru-486
3. there is nothing bad about cardio and diet , so start there.

my $0.02 is to keep training for a few months and see what happens
or see a doc
you probably aren't low enough in bf for yohimburn....
and gear would not be benificial at this stage

Ok..thanks guys. I have decided to go see a doctor....planning to schedule for next monday. I will post results of my condition.
