Very Fat Chest

Ok..im an 18 yr old male. For the past 4 years or so...my chest has packed on tons of fat..not feminine like..but..quite embarrassing. I have read topics related to the condition of gynecomastia. I am really hoping that is not the case. I recenty have been working out again..after having not for a few months. The last routine working out that I did...I did notice a slight change in size....making my chest not as noticeable. I really need some advice on how I can make my chest more toned and flat. I have been looking at steroids as a possible solution after reading how it tones and reduces body fat. I am new to the forum..so any help would be greatly appreciated. Would steriods help me out any?

CARDIO AND DIET. Doesn't matter how much muscle you gain if it's covered in fat you'll never see it. Post up your stats, diet, and cardio frequencies and folks will be able to help you out. My .02 is to stay clear of gear till your much older and seasoned in the gym. You young enough right now your body is making mad test levels. Take atvantage of that now and wait till you need xtra help before you dabble in the dark arts...lol... There is NO magic pill, only magic IRON and CARDIO.

Ok thanks. Im 6' 5", 213 lbs. I just started working out again a couple days ago. I have mainly been focusing on cardio(treadmill)...usually mile to mile+1/2 at about 7.5 mph. I do not eat full meals very often. Little here..little there basically..Im always on the go. This is really starting to concern me. I am possibly considering seeing a doctor about it. I read on another site that some people were prescribed testosterone pills to help reduce estrogen levels(which may be causing my fat chest). Has anyone else heard about this?

No, never heard of those pills. If you think you have gynecomastia you should see your doctor, he may be able to diagnose it. I would personally wait until I lost some fat - it will be easier to tell if you have gyno that way because gyno tissue feels different than adipose tissue.

all depends on what the tissue is ? fat or breast tissue.

Fat is handled by diet & training, although metabolic substances to increase fat loss can help BUT NOT in place of diet & training

Things that work: Clen, GH, ephedrine, thermorexin, levorex, green tea, essential fats - I am in NO WAY suggesting you use drugs, just stating which drus and OTC products help with body fat levels.

A great topical product that works on chest fat is Yohimburn. you can read all the testimonials on the anabolic page (althougth it is 100% legal) It blocks the apha receptors in the chest where men tend have more fat and helps increase fat utilization

If its gyno some drugs may help : anti-estrogens, anti-aromatases, anti-prolcatins and anti-progesterones all depends on the tissue and the cause. Unfortunately the only real cure is surgery.

Taking test is liable to increase the problem for extra test is converted to estrogen.

Stay clear of the drugs, unless you are competing, you don't need them.
Try training in the morning. Weight train for a half hour on one bodypart and follow that up with a half hour of moderate inetnsity cardio.
Try to keep diet clean with lots of protein, complex carbs and water.
Results will come.

Puberty can naturally cause gynecomastia.
Steroids are DEFINITELY not the solution.
Talk to your MD. He may refer you to an endocrinologist.
