Thank you much for the replies everyone, I'm going with my CPA again, just wanted to do everything myself, I know I can but I know I wont' be as creative, thanks for helping me with my decision . peace
I'm not necessarily sure he needs a CPA....but maybe just a tax consultant. I have my buddy do mine that does taxes on the side...helps me out a great deal.
If I had a small busines, I'd definitely go with the CPA. But as an individual, I've been happy with TT for 2002 and 2003. I was able to itemize mortgage interest, charitable donations fairly easily with it.
One side thing that kinda sucked....I had to pay federal tax last years state tax refund!! Almost fucking poetic.

I like the fact that you can "play around" with it. Run it again to see if you benefit more from taking the standard deduction vs itemizing, for example. Also provides warnings if something you enter is likely to be a flag for an audit.
IF I remember right you work as an executive for a gym and do personal training on the side. So basically you have w2 and some other income(from the training) IF you don't have alot of expenses in your personel training buisness I think turbo tax would be fine.
