Because I am a teacher, I don't want to cut during the school year...just think I will get crabby with my kids, don't want to put them through that . I am looking to do an August show next year. My trainer also says she won't put me on stage until I have more muscle..in my legs and shoulders, just like everyone has said. Sassy...what did you mean aboout my waist line? How can I work on this? Should I do more oblique work? Also, I have split my legs up, but is there anything else I should try? I also now working on drop sets with my shoulders. Thanks so much for everything!
