A few people have asked for an update so here it is.
No AAS since last summer. All were out by the first week of August.
Due to my liver values I am only eating food now with an occassional protein shake. No other supplements except the occassional ephedra.
I had ballooned to 250lbs on January 9th.
I am down to 237 as of today.
My goal is to get to 225 again to look like my signature picture.
My right bicep tendon has a partial tear in it so for the next 6 weeks I have to go super light on pull motions.
