Got fucking poisoned on thursday night called in sick to work spent three hours dry heaving and puking up bile(drank water to have something to throw up). Still made it to the gym and had an alright day.

Hope you feel better man, Drink a lot of fluid and eat a little at a time. Not a bad day in the gym though all things considered. Get better bro
 
Thanks guys. Today is the first day I actually feel normal. At least it is another light week so I won't have to bitch to myself at being a pussy for not lifting very heavy.

Yeah felt really good.

No didn't hit up Wendy's last night. Did eat multiple double cheeseburgers ala mcdonalds though.
