Yeah, your lats looked like they need some work in the first few shots. That shot is better. Do some decline bench and dips to help the chest ( I believed what everyone said about decline being worthless and they were wrong for me at least)
It looks like you are getting more lean. You are getting vascular too.
You are looking good. Don't be hard on yourself. 95% of the population would kill to be built like you!!!
I agree - you've got a really nice base for your height and I would probably guarantee a really nice symmetry when you lean out all the way and just really nice potential going everywhere. Just the time to bring it all out & keep the diet tight.
One question is about doing legs 3x/week?
*edited* - just looked at your 5x5 post. Normally I'd say why are you doing legs 3x/week. That just looks like overtraining to me - but your program is different. Good luck w/ that - great strength building !
