3/03/03 Day 1 269.5 38 % w/ scale
4/18/03 Day 47 241 bodyfat scale 33% / Calipers 19%
Day 47 bored out of my mind with (70% fat 30% protein) diet.
cheated a few times with fruit, lots of alcohol and a hambuger with onion rings with a penut butter shake. All the cheating did was make me extremely hungry for the rest of the day.
My scale must be screwed up because it always says eithe 31% 0r 33%. SO I switch to good old accu-measeure skin calipers.
My strength levels are great and I am energetic most of the time.
I was wondering if I should change the diet around somehow. I read SC's post and am all confused again OR should I let things go withthe keto diet longer.
My goals were to hit 225 lbs at around 15% bodyfat, but If I can go lower that would be great and if by some act of goodness I get below that number to see my abs like that pic in T-mag that would be beyond words.
