I think the guy don't know his pinches but is this result even possible in 3 weeks time considering I've lost 2 inches off the waist and all my lifts are = or some even going up a bit. ???

So you lost 4 lbs. of muscle. Yeah, that's possible. Can you be getting stronger? Well you actually could but it would be from learning a new movement or from taking ephedrine.

But don't you think the 2 inches off my waist would indicate a higher volume of fat loss than the tester tested man I may need some test ;)

If you're only losing muscle, you must be doing something wrong. I do hope you measured your weight during the morning before eating. What's your diet, cardio and lifting like?

No, I ate breakfast and 1 liter of water before the test. They only told me not to exorcise before testing.
cardio=3x weekly 30min sessions @ heartrate avg. 146
workout 3x weekly as heavy as possible for rep range 10-12

diet is as follows:
meal 1: 5 egg whites 1 egg 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 cup oats. 1 piece of fruit
cal. 500
meal 2: shake 42gr. whey and 50gr. dex and malto combo
cal. 400
meal 3: 5 oz chicken breast 1 1/4 cup brown rice with 2tbsp. rotel
cal. 375
meal 4: protein bar 33 pro. 33 carb 9 fat
cal. 330
meal 5: 4 oz. top sirloin 3/4 cup whole wheat pasta
cal. 470
meal 6: 1 cup 1% cottage cheese 1 cup nofat yogurt and 1 tbsp. anpb.
cal. 385

dude at max you have alittle over 200g protein. Double that shit man. More red meats and at least 75g shakes. Also may want to ditch the fruit and yogurt. Thoes are un needed carbs and sugars!

I just don't see how losing all muscle could reduce my waist by 2 inches and leave all the measurements chest arms and legs unchanged. Plus the mirror tells a different tale than did the test.
Shit. (pass me that needle please) :verygood:

YES! There are so many variables. Are you or better question were you doing: dead lifts and squats? Are you consuming as many carbs as you were prior to your new diet? Are you now doing cardio? Are you on diff drugs? The list goes on and on and on!

What are you using to do your bf. If you are using capliaries they can be inaccurate if you haven't used them before or are inexperienced in usung them.
