last cycle i gaind 30lbs in 18weeks and i kept atleast 90% of those gains.currently running test e 500mg ew dbol 30mg ed soon to thro in some tren ace at 100mged and my body is very hard and defined right now i can barely pinch any skin when flexd unless water is dense in the muscle tissue...

I call BS on this. Nobody keeps 30lbs of gains i don't care how many weeks you were on. If that were the case we would all be 350lbs.

He did not say it was muscle.
Gains could just be FAT, some people seems to be happy with a weight gain regardless of what it consist off.

You see plenty of 350lbs guys out there. I think we call them FAT ASSES :)

Ok, but of that 30lbs. I bet no more than 5lbs was muscle. Maybe 7 if your lucky. Everyone thinks that gains are muscle. Gains are mostly fat and water.

over a period of 18 weeks? I bet about 15 of it was muscle. hell, I can gain 5-7 lbs natty in 18 weeks and get leaner, though i am still somewhat of an amateur.

even with the most perfect of genetics, you're not gonna gain 15 SOLID, SUSTAINABLE muscles in a period of 18-weeks....the body's just not capable of it... so guys, stop fooling yourselves in thinking that gaining 15, 20, 30lbs by the end of a cycle is good thing... me, I am perfectly happy gaining 5-10 pounds per cycle because I know it's solid and I will keep it.

The point is, it's not impossible. Those that are new/newer to gear will undoubtedly gain more than those that have done countless cycles. Hell, I gained 10 lbs in 6 weeks on t-bol and var after PCT, and got much leaner than before. My upper abs would barely show when flexed before, now my lowers are apparent without flexing, al while weighing 10 lbs more. That aint fat and water If my abs now show through( I was on and still am on a very strict diet that I hate, but i'm getting good gains so i keep going). Some people just respond much better than others.

I agree with you, that If i gained even 5 lbs after a cycle, I'd be a very happy camper.

Agreed. I think that if you gain 5-7lbs of solid, keepable, muscle after a cycle you did well.

Lets say that 15lbs is muscle. At 2 cycles a year you would be putting on 30lbs of muscle a year. So if your started cycling at 23 weighing 150 then by the time you were 27 you would be 270 and shredded. Not likely or we all would be in the O.
