you know what truthfully honestly my fucking camera is broken i got ashes and moisture in it when i was documenting my tools after my house burnt down but i promise ill figure some way to get some pics up
Oh I dunno...I can tell you about a guy who has trained quite a few people including National level competitors and pros as well, who will routinely have guys gaining from 20+ lbs. to 50+ lbs. a year (regardless of aas use or not), while keeping their bodyfat the same or less.
Examples:
1)188 to 260(2.5 years)
2)172 to 254 (3 years)
3)208 to 261(clean! genetic ectomorph 1 year)
4)218 to 275 (cut his juice in half, doubled his protein, showed him how to train correctly-2 years)
But you guys wouldn't believe me anyway and you'd just say it can't be done because you've never done it and by god no one knows better than you!

yes, we all know what the "right diet and training" can do... but can you tell me that 1 in 10 guys can make these amazing gains you've cited or that builtbychevy has achieved? 1 in 20? 1 in 50? You see where I'm getting at... even with dedication in training and diet, most of us here will not make such astronomical gains.... not saying it's IMPOSSIBLE...just not the norm
even with the most perfect of genetics, you're not gonna gain 15 SOLID, SUSTAINABLE muscles in a period of 18-weeks....the body's just not capable of it... so guys, stop fooling yourselves in thinking that gaining 15, 20, 30lbs by the end of a cycle is good thing... me, I am perfectly happy gaining 5-10 pounds per cycle because I know it's solid and I will keep it.
