only one person that i know that showed b4 and after with those kind of genetics. he would take 4 months off of the Mr. Olympia and get down to 210lbs. He would start training and juicing and get right back up to 250+ ripped. Part of that is muscle memory. I am sure there are others but something tells me they are pros as well.

The point is, it's not impossible. Those that are new/newer to gear will undoubtedly gain more than those that have done countless cycles. Hell, I gained 10 lbs in 6 weeks on t-bol and var after PCT, and got much leaner than before. My upper abs would barely show when flexed before, now my lowers are apparent without flexing, al while weighing 10 lbs more. That aint fat and water If my abs now show through( I was on and still am on a very strict diet that I hate, but i'm getting good gains so i keep going). Some people just respond much better than others.

I agree with you, that If i gained even 5 lbs after a cycle, I'd be a very happy camper.

not impossible, agreed....but also very atypical....even with those running their first cycle ever...let's say their routines, diet and cycle were PERFECT (which you know they hardly ever are, especially for newbies)...to gain 15+ pounds, calling them REAL, SOLID MUSCLE with no fat or water at all...that's totally unreasonable...

95% (or more) of us here are not those genetic freaks, so we all subscribe to more realistic goals and results

Wow, amazing.
You can put on between 15 and 20 lbs of muscle a year naturally.

4 years naturally and you put on 80 lbs naturally.

haha you guys you can acomplish anything especially 30lbs its all about perfect diet training and sleep i usualy shoot for 7000-8000 cals usualy when i feel good i can do that but i dont settle for less than 6500 cals the more you eat you give your body a reason to grow. my career status i can take off a year for training and then go back to work after.... this enables me to train eat and sleep all day long.

I'm curious.... what does eating 8,000 calories per day entail?
 
entail?? get up 6am eat all day long nap at 8-9 stop eatingat 11 drink mrp and carb drinks train at noon then eat sleep at 2-3 eat eat eat sleep at 7 thats what i usualy do to get 8000 lots of weight gainer shakes too
 
so you're saying you eat that weight-gainer crap, that's full of empty calories and fat and you're lean and solid?

more power to ya bro.... for the rest of us, we'd turn into fat slobs... I can't even imagine trying to guzzle that much of that stuff down!
 
high intensity training bro train till failure i guess i have good luck then right? if i slack in my training yes i do start to get a lil pugy then i go crazy and train like a monster i like to keep a lil body fat for energy purposes and bp more nutrients to the muscle then towards the end i start leaning out very nicely just stick to your goals
