only one person that i know that showed b4 and after with those kind of genetics. he would take 4 months off of the Mr. Olympia and get down to 210lbs. He would start training and juicing and get right back up to 250+ ripped. Part of that is muscle memory. I am sure there are others but something tells me they are pros as well.
