Well well well... finally have a shit load of stuff sitting infront of me and not a clue as to what to do with it.

somebody :rose: went out of their way to make sure I had all that I needed pre-comp so now I better use these babies and use them right.

lol

I'd like some input from ya if you don't mind. Not sure what some of these things will do if I should have them before meals, after meals, etc etc.

I'm gonna mouth off a list and if you have time tell me what you recommend. What goes good with what.. etc etc.

I know that someone pretty well, not in the same way you probably do though. :)


I would suggest using what we are calling the Bunny Stack. So named because she invented most of it, and it's a cute name.

You would use the Cardio Breeze (2), Levorex (4), Alcar (3), Green Tea (4) upon rising.

Then you'd use Trex, as you can tolerate it, with meals. Continue the Levorex/Green Tea/ALCAR between meals two more times during the day.

EnerG is used post workout.

I love it too! Gonna go and get a cute pink pill box thingy so I can easily sort out all my goodies.. and gonna label it the 'Bunny Stack'

Gonna print that out... I explained it all to him.. along with the Cardio Breeze, told him he needs to try it. Being pre comp, no energy and at right above 5% body fat it may do him some good in the get up and go dept.

I take about the same amount of time to go through the pills in the morning... heehee

the life we lead... but those abs are SOOO worth it!!!

Ener-G dosage should be

30-50 grams daily

which = 2-3 VERY LARGE TABLESPOONS

best to have it in one shake , and blend since this is also more convenient
 
the peptides (EnerG)

taste somewhat earthy and need to be blended BUT WORTH the results it gives in Muscle recovery and fullness

I agree that taste like well.. not something very good.

I've been taking in 2 tbsp and just mixing it in water and chugging it after workouts.
