Anyone catch the title fights for the UFC challenge on the spike channel tonight? Stephen and Forrest, the light heavyweights, put on the best fight in the history of UFC! Not sure if any of you guys are into it, but it was bad to the bone. I wonder how many of those guys are juicing?
 
It was sad to watch ken shamrock get his ass handed to him like that. But he took it pretty well for a 41 yr old
 
F' Yeah that was the sh!t. I love UFC and MMA however I think this thread might be getting moved pretty soon. That forrest grifin donner fight was beautiful.

I agree. I think Bonner won too. Not sure what was up with those judges. I'm glad Dana came out at the end and said they were both winners and gave Bonner a contract too! It was sad to see either of them lose but somebody had too I guess.
 
Yea bonner won, but I'm glad they both got contracts. That was the best UFC fight I've seen to date!
 
Man I still can't get over that fight. Those guys are two of the baddest dudes on the planet! Talk about giving it EVERYTHING you got!
 
def a great fight both men were in great shape (conditionded for that fight ) and stuck it out to the very end, they both deserve the contract they got ... best fight in ufc history IMO. As for ken im very dissapointed.

i got in an argument with my girlfriend right when it started!!!
i waited forever to see it and now im so pissed.

they probably use stuff like prop as its in and out fast,but the ufc tests for steroids,heavyweight Tim sylvia got caught after a match for being positive for nandrolene I believe and he was suspended for a year

Ken Was Great Back In The Day, But Now He Should Just Stay Inside The Lions Den And Train Younger Fighters, He Is Not Randy, And He Just Cant Hang Anymore, And Forrest And Stephan Was The Best Fight I Have Seen In Along Time, Dana Did The Right Thing By Giving Them Both Contracts

Yes what in the hell is up with the Karma. lol Who did you piss off. cauliflower ear comes with the sport. Just about every wrestler/sub wrestler will get it at some time. I had to have shit sucked out of my ears before.
 
i think its on again at 10pm tonight. i think. that was awesome. it looked like ken slipped and then gave up. and if you ask me... the bending of someones foot is a pussy way to win a fight so im glad that didnt happen. ken is pretty much done but still a legend. my 2 cents
 
I loved the ufc last night. I hated seeing Ken lose like that, but he lost to a good guy. Oh! and I disagree about him needing to stay at the loin's den. Your forgetting he knocked out KIMO in the last UFC, with a blown ACL. Every dog has his day and yesterday was ricks.
 
DRUGS: test Susp and Winny are very popular. Before it was sanctioned in Vegas there was no dope controls and it was a plethra of your drugs of leisure.

Deca is avoided at all costs.

And cocaine mixed with 100% saline applied nasaly was very popular back in the day. Numbs your face and makes you feel like Superman.

Avitene is used with pomade to stop cuts. Yes Pomade. Adrenaline was mixed with sterile water or saline but thats old school.

Diuretics. You name it. Guys weigh 152lbs at 7PM and by fight night 24hrs later are cruising at 167 after a massive shit.

One month later they are bloated at 184 or so.

It was cyclic. Bigger was better then they realized that speed/power/tissue oxygenation are far more relevent in that sport. Bodybuilders used to show up at gyms and leave with hyperextended elbows after falling victim to a 145lb ARMBAR.

My strength coach in Hawaii worked with Curtis Lafluer, actualy they lived together. He was a great guy and one of the most deicated atheletes in any sport.

By the way. What the hell is this Karma? I got a PM that someone BOUGHT me Karma. Gentleman named DIGGER??? What is this all about, Ive querried the search function and am still confused.

Definately Bad Ass! That fight was off the chain!

I had a friend on the show, Sam, but he pretty much got his ass handed to him by Forrest late in the series. I can't wait for the next Ultimate fighter, they're looking for the Cruiser and Heavyweight divisions.

Must be why the judges gave him the fight when Bonner should of won. Bonner is marketable too. Forrest isn't the only one with a few screws loose. Besides, if they didn't think Bonner was marketable too, they wouldn't of given him the contract after the judges f'up!
