Is tylers still the best detox on the market? I had my liver values done before and two times diring my last heavy cycle and I can tell you milt thisile was little to no effect on lowering liver values. What is the best way to keep them in check?

Tylers keep my values in check throughout heavy cycles. I use 2 capsules three times daily.

Depending on what the cycle you are following consists of, you may not need to take 4-6 pills of Tyler's per day. Therefore, 2 caps/d may be all that is needed, thus it will last for quite awhile.

I'm taking almost a 1g of test, 100mg of fina ed, and a little cyp a week.
Plus I go have a few beers once a week.

Although 17-Alk orals will cause more stress to the liver for 'most,' there are some who never will have any problems. Some will have problems at lower dosages than those who cram in 100mg of Dbol per day. Everybody's liver will react differently IMO. You need to find out which group you belong in.

That being said, Test/Fina generally will not affect liver values for 'most.' You will probably be fine with the minimal Tyler's dosage. If you add in a 17-alk oral along the way, then you might want to bump it up to 4-6 caps/d. Then again, if you are one of the lucky ones whose liver values never change, you might still get away with lower dosages of Tyler's. A blood panel test is the only way to know for sure.

So, i'd say you are fine for now, but for matters opting for caution, i'd bump it up to 4-6 with 17-alk's.

A few beers here and there will not hurt ya much as long as it isn't excessive. Just keep it in moderation and don't over due it. Also, keep any kind of meds with acetominaphen to a minimum.
