turanabol & clen. any ideas on a plan?

ok, about 5 months ago, i was taking Dianabol - methandrostenolone - and working out everyday. was at great weight and great strength. i messed up and stopped. so i have been working out again for past month, and for past week started clenbuterol and a turanabol cylcle. i am now at 80mcg Clenbuterol and 50mg Turanabol. i was wondering if anyone had a good workout for me to pursue. just trying to lose some fat, but also get strong. i am 5ft 9. 184 lbs, would like to lose about 10 or 15 lbs, please help.

how about you read the post again. dont talk to me like i am stupid, you need reading comprehension skills. anyway, i am asking for suggestions, but you shouldnt bother posting again
 
i'm sure i'm not the only one here who is going to think that. i comprehend perfectly well what you posted... and i also comprehend that maybe you need to be a little less hasty (in your replies as well as in what you put into your body)...

i'm not against AAS having done a few cycles myself but your post came across as being uneducated for a guy who's jumped onto the AAS boat [EDIT: although admittedly, not hardcore, as in jabbing yourself]. sorry! i call it the way i see it. just read the training sticky - there's alot of useful info in it.

PS: you can't stop me from posting. you don't own this board, neither are you a mod.

what is your current routine? r u doing any cardio?

i do cardio almost everyday. sometimes i do 30 mins eliptical, then hop on the bike. i always do cardio after i lift. back, chest, arms, shoulders have their own day that i work them. i do at least 5 workouts for the body part i am doing on that day. i was just wondering about some diets and stuff like that

well i assume u r wanting to strip fat and r not to concerned with gaining much muscle since u r running clen. clen works best imo on a keto diet that is slightly calorie deficient and super high in protein (2-2.5gr per lb).

what is your current diet look like? lets start there.

yeah, i am trying to lose the belly fat and love handles. usually for breakfast, i have bowl of grits or some oatmeal. maybe some fruit too. for lunch i will have some kind of meat, usually chicken and lots of veggies. about the same for dinner too. then after workout, i have a protein shake, about 48 grams. like i said, it isnt too structered, not like it needs to be. i will be willing to lessen the calories and up the protein if i need to. i am tired of the stubborn fat
