try chicken salad....is it just tuna u cant eat ? or all fish?, cause u could substitute any fillet of fish for the tuna, just broil it or poach it, great protein. Also something i do is make chicken salad with thigh meat only, its got like twice the protein than breast meat!

Fish, chicken, protein shakes, egg whites, cottage cheese. On Crumb's diet you can have fat so that can widen your choices. Pork chops, steak, bacon, cheese, etc.

Don't forget your vegetables.

matty took it. Chicken salad is what I'd go with. I'd go real light with the mayo.

thigh meat has 2X the protein as a breast?

I'd rather eat a fish fillet, or chicken, etc. but sometimes tuna is more convienent because you can take it anywhere and do not have to cook it. Have you tried adding some apple cider vinegar to the tuna? I always do this and it makes it taste like a gourment meal! (well, not really, but it is better tasting).

Something like that....grab a pack of chicken thighs in the store and read the protein content on it and compare it to breast meat, i know its alot more, but forget how much exactly, i make it with light mayo and eat it on whole wheat, ed for lunch! good luck bro....

i mix tuna with pesto sauce... works for me.

(pesto sauce is italian and i dont think it´s too hard to make by yourself... i buy the thing directly, can´t be botherd learning how to make it)

have you tried putting something in your tuna to help bleed out that fishy taste such as mustard, honey mustard, mayo, or ranch dressing?? It helps alot!!!!! but other than that everyone else has pretty much covered the other substitutes in that dept.

What I do, is make some homemade macaroni and cheese, or some sort of pasta and put the tuna in with that... cnat taste it at all, I just think I am eating chicken. But you sound like you want low carbs so the pasta deal might not work for you. I would reccommend mixing it with something tho. I hate tuna also, makes me gag, but mix it with something and you will be fine.

salmon is a good substitute...I know it's still in the fish category but as far as poteins, fats, and carbs go they're pretty much equal...besides there's a hundred different ways you can prepare salmon.

you might also want to try putting some tex joy steak seasoning on your tuna....trust me bro....it makes a world of difference....I just started messing around in the kitchen the other day and I found that out....it's some good shit!!!!!!!

chicken, example here in the UK i can buy a tin of quality tuna for 69p and a large barbequed chicken breast for £1. When i first started training i was like doping three tins of tuna a day i don't think i could eat half a tin now

If you can afford it, go with Albacore tuna. It doesn't taste fishy, and It is quality fish, not the flakey shit, but is expensive.
