Approved Log Trt and Blast cycle Log

I was considering this at 2 shots a week. And adding in some Deca, thoughts?
I can't see the strength/dosage in picture but looks like a winning stack of compounds bro that with even just low dose deca to lubricate the joints would all work well together 👍

To be honest may even add in some EQ. again I blast and cruise, but I like to blast hard.
Haha I hear ya my man,two years ago at the age of 40 I decided the blast and cruize method was the way I'd go and I never looked back.....I think the craziest dosage iv ever pushed was around 2700mg anabolics per week.

100 primo
100 masteron
Above would be doubled

Probably 200 Deca
That would honestly be perfect dosage to run,you can always adjust from there depending on how it all go's💪

I never did the primo or masteron before. Looking forward to it. Just waiting until I have some gaps in bloodwork for my trt to blast heavy. I have a new doctor who has also increased my dose so he wants to monitor everything for awhile. I used to blast up to 2000 MGS and other than a near uncontrollable sex drive I had no side effects to talk about.

Now I don't blast over the 1000 MGS range as I built my size and strength in the past, alot of this is about recovery so I can train as hard and often as I like to.

I'm also a believer in running multiple compounds for synergy allowing me to keep overall doses lower.

I didn't cycle until I had been lifting like twenty years so mid thirties for me and I could no longer gain naturally for probably two years. Even then I was about 260#.
 
Okay a little workout log
Saturday was chest, chest and Tris are strong points so I don't do much for them anymore. All bodyweight this week, but remember I'm 270#.

5 sets of dips, done chest fashion leaning way over.
3 sets of pushups done with my feet up.

Finished with some burpees again chest and Tris are such a strong point that's all I need, especially as I was moving over the weekend and limited on time. Typically I do up to fifteen sets.

Sunday was back day. After warming I did.
5 sets wide grip pullups.
5 sets Underhanded chin ups
I set wide grip overhand rows for thirty reps
1 set under hand BB rows for 40 reps
Then 3 sets of 3 dumbbell rows full stretch to contraction.

Later that afternoon my son and I did burpees and medicine ball work. Combined in different ways.

Monday was legs and core.
Careful due to recovering from a torn meniscus. Well gotta go baby needs a bottle and I'm Getting ready for shoulders.

Your a very sensible guy JCE and I can respect that alot brother you've put in the hard yards as a natural lifter and built an amazing base before you geared up to a new level which in fundamental in achieving a crazy physic I always tell younger guys that it is important to build work ethic and commitment up in the gym as a natty for as long as possible or you'll just look like the majority of lifters that relied on the gear from the start and never end up with good health or the body they wanted.I agree with your views on keeping around that 1gram mark anabolics in total there really isn't much point to going over that but I guess everyone should blast a little high to find their tolerance and check bloods to see how much is too much to handle at least once in a life time lol

Thanks for loging and sharing my man it's great to see a bit of workout info from you,it might be body weight but at 270 thats huge bro not many poeple will ever dream about being that heavy in their life well done and looking forward to see more on this log like what supps/vitamins you take and also the food you consume.💪
 
Here's a little daily routine information. I start off the day with a lot of protein. I'm a deeply religious man. So while I'm studying the Bible and early church history, I drink two shakes. First, is animal whey chocolate with powdered peanut butter and instant coffee.
Second is animal whey with muscle tech pre-workout, egg whites lemon juice lime juice and pomegranate juice. I sip these down over probably 1-1.5 hours while studying then I workout. Then typically an egg omelet six whole eggs and cheese with either tortillas or bread. That's most of my processed carbs for the day, usually until an evening meal. Meat, fruit and nuts throughout the day are typical

4-5 days a week I have a second workout nothing heavy except bodyweight. Burpees, medicine ball, Martial arts work. MMA conditioning maybe. Depends on what body part I worked that day and the day before on exactly what I do.

I was blessed in my thirties to train at Dustin Poirier's gym under his coaches.

Today was shoulders.
3 warmup sets
5 work sets of barbell presses (rep range of 7-12)
3 sets of strongman presses usually singles to 3 reps
3 sets of alternating snatch high pulls with a single dumbbell
Then 3 compound sets of the following exercises mixed different ways. (For high rep burn)
Bent over laterals
Side laterals
Upright rows
Dumbbell presses

I'll do some conditioning later today.
