Okay a little workout log
Saturday was chest, chest and Tris are strong points so I don't do much for them anymore. All bodyweight this week, but remember I'm 270#.
5 sets of dips, done chest fashion leaning way over.
3 sets of pushups done with my feet up.
Finished with some burpees again chest and Tris are such a strong point that's all I need, especially as I was moving over the weekend and limited on time. Typically I do up to fifteen sets.
Sunday was back day. After warming I did.
5 sets wide grip pullups.
5 sets Underhanded chin ups
I set wide grip overhand rows for thirty reps
1 set under hand BB rows for 40 reps
Then 3 sets of 3 dumbbell rows full stretch to contraction.
Later that afternoon my son and I did burpees and medicine ball work. Combined in different ways.
Monday was legs and core.
Careful due to recovering from a torn meniscus. Well gotta go baby needs a bottle and I'm Getting ready for shoulders.
