@JCE how about you start with something simple, share your training with us. can you do that? thats 15min/week

@domestic-supply.com has a good blend test/tren/masteron its good you can just use 1/2 mls maller doses.

I take my hat off to you brother training all those years like a man possessed by an iron demon and still having good size and strength at 50 I hope I'm still strong as an ox at that age,your log has all the makings to be great you should have called it JCE'S recovery to redemption!...I for one want to see you run something like a test,deca,primo stack drop a touch of weight,shred up for MMA purposes and create a hardened physic that's proper fighter spec would be a mad achievement and something spectacular to see!💪🦍

That's great news your going to log JCE if you want have a look at my log so you can get some ideas about layout it will help,you don't need to log everyday but a few times a week is always going to be better and more beneficial in the long run...really excited to see you and your log progress my man I'll definitely be watching and supporting!💪

My wife loved the end results of my last cycle I was about 240 lean with abs and obliques.

I'm blessed that she actually cycles with me so there are no complaints about money etc.

As for shredded naah not going that far, but if I can lean out,meaning six pack and obliques at 250# I'll be happy. Never topped 240# super lean before. Won't be hard to do really, I understand the process. But as long as I train the way I like looks are just for the wife. I'm 50 but she's 26.

I'm considering the primo as the wife wants to try it as well. She's got the bug. All she's done before was EQ every other week at 50 mgs for about 3-4 months. From domestic supply of course.

That's awesome bro 240 lean with abs and obliques it takes some hard work to achieve, believe me I know this....that is exactly what I ment as shredded especially for big guys like us not to much weight loss but still leanish/stiated.i agree it is a blessing to have a partner who is excepting of what comes with this sport and even better if they participate as well,I'm in the same boat as you my partner lifts more of a power lifting style and she tried some anavar when we meet lol next minute she was cranking 100kg plus deadlifts like nothing.

It would be a good add on as it is fairly mild but effective over a length of time,I didn't mind it at all,I only ran fairly low dose with test c and NPP and it helped me cut down in weight,hold alot of strength and recomp to prepare for the bulk I'm on now which has been going 6-8 weeks
