i have a tren log up which details the sides i was dealing with. everyone is different.
i've run tren alone btw and i've run it with test and masteron.
both instances the 2 sides i had to deal with were pumps and de-hydration. if you like to go heavy the pumps are gonna mess you up after a few sets, and it will end up hurting your strength which i detail in my log. granted i got very strong on it, once i got the pumps i wouldn't be able to push many reps anymore cause of the pain. i remember after a few heavy sets on the bench actually going on the floor in agony, my arms and shoulders felt it.
de-hydration is a pain in the ass cause it made it hard to do cardio and if i sweated a lot from a workout i felt close to naseous. i was drinking a lot of fluids and it never seemed to be enough no matter how much i drank.
is it worth those 2 sides? i have no idea.. i've made good gains on many different AAS. tren i feel will give you fast and solid results. something like primo or masteron take time to see a difference so to a lot of guys they fall in love with tren for that reason.
my best advice if you want to try tren is go with ace and cut it to 6 weeks at 100 EOD... make sure you run cabaser while on. then continue with something else for a few more weeks that isn't too harsh, to allow the tren to clear out fully.. and make sure you line up a solid PCT. the nice about ace is that if the sides become too much you can always stop it vs. with E which has a longer ester
