been reading this board for about 6-8 months and recently joined ~mo. ago. zero cycles. i have read a lot on the boards here and elsewhere but wanted opinions on this.
currently 185lbs 15% 5'10" 30yr ecto-frame. ultimate goal 200lbs 8%. my best is 190lbs 8%
i have recently been laid off so my diet and training have been bad for about 6 weeks. since i was going to be hypocaloric anyway i decided to go keto and lose some bf.
w.o. is:
30-40 min 65% aerobic ED
S - HIIT aerobic
M - chest
T - back
W - HIIT aerobic
R - legs + delts
F - arms
Sa - HIIT
wght train days are 12-15 reps w/30-45 sec. rest.
?? anyone have an idea of how tren would interact with this diet (hypocaloric keto) and w.o.?
since i have not done a cycle of anything yet (virgin) should i wait until a couple of natural bulking cycles and then introduce AAS?
