Tren A, Test P, Mast P Log

gonna set it up like this..

100 of each every other day until out. That's around 60 days of Tren and Mast. About 80 days of tests.. The only thing I am wondering if I just Start Mast with Tren or Wait 20 then Finish Mast with Test...

This is gonna be my log also... Will Start log with 2 weeks....
 
Here we go first shot yesterday! going to do 50mgs test p for 10 weeks, 50mgs of tren a and mast for 8 weeks ED injections. (350mgs of each every week) Gear is real smooth going to rotate between delts, quads, and glutes...
 
4th shot today... Cutting diet in full effect... Right at 195 lbs @ 6'1... Can do 225 12 times at the moment.... Looking at cutting as much BF as possible without losing much muscle...

Example diet day:
Meal 1- 4-5 eggs and 1/2 cup oats with strawberries or banannas..

Meal 2- salad with a hand full of almonds...

Meal 3- 1 lean protein cut with veggies

Meal 4- whey shake

Meal 5- 2 cut lean protein with veggies and brown rice...

Workout

Meal 6- protein shake

Sleep

Plus over a gallon of water a day... This go round has me thirsty like never before...

Having trouble with morning empty stomach cardio... I know I should just suck it up and do it, but the hunger pains and lack of energy is giving me fits... Any advice? What about eating my bowl of oats then hit 30-45 mins of cardio, the finish meal 1...
 
On the morning cardio I would throw some bcaas in with a half water/ half gatorade mix. This will give u enough to fill the stomack and protect against muscle atrophy but not so many calories so that u dont burn fat.

1 serving of Scivation Xtend BCAAS Before.. should be good.... Sip water during....

Are you eating Whole EGGs bro??? And your trying to lose weight? You need to Weight out your food and portion with cups and Ozs.... Your eating fruit while trying to diet.... Fructose turns into str8 Glucose and is stored as fat in the body... Yes it does have many vitamins and minerals and is a good source of fiber, but the sugar content of fruit should steer you clear for diet purposes... Especially if trying to obtain the optimum shape.... You need to be eating a cup of Eggs whites... 8-10 Ozs of chicken breast cooked... Weigh your food. The only way your gonna be accurate... I Would eat my carb meals Pre and post workout, thats it, and try to workout earlier in the day, so you can eat more protein and veggie meals throughout the day.. Low levels of glycogen will promote more IGF and HGH release during REM sleep, as well as a pure protein meal like 1 cup egg white before bed will help with fat burning process... Stear clear of protein shakes except postworkout, and try to eat as much organic food as the pocket will allow.... This will cut down on sodium and empty carbs from sugar .....

@Johnny- Thanks for the Advice! Ill switch to egg whites... I cannot change my workout schedule during the week.. Weekends I usually do workout earlier. meal 4 has been just another serving of salad and almonds..
 
You need carbs after your workout bro, there crucial... And you dont wanna eat carbs before you go to bed... Thats jsut what sucks, but hey, sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do..> just makes you more motivated to hit it twice as hard in the gym... Sometime schedule confliction happens....
 
Yeah plus I hit the morning cardio... I'll keep y'all up to date... I don't think this is crazy dosages... Do y'all... 150 x 7 = 1050 mgs a week... Fairly moderate in my eyes...only negative sides so far is high temperature, blood pressure a lil high, sweat and more sweat.... Already seeing results after 7 days... I have a feeling before after pics are gonna be bad ass! If I can stay away from injury I have a feeling the could be my best yet! Thanks for reading y'all!

Sleep!!! Repeat!!!

I like to eat an orange for my pre-workout carb intake, simple carbs will give you a quick boost of energy and vitamen c will help keep cortisol levels from spiking during your workout. Then post workout I will have a 1/4 cup of oats with a banana and i'm cutting up nicely, a little bit of fruit isn't gonna kill you bro. Maybe if youre looking to get down to 5-6% but i've gotta be sitting around 10-11% now and still losing bf
 
Just beware that shaving legs can give you REALLY bad razor burn and it is almost unbearable and you will be itching all the time and even in your sleep. I would recommend finding a good set of hair clippers and try going really slow and buzzing them down if you want. Start there and then adjust.
 
Yeah I was kinda thinking about doing that...Tan Shaved legs look better..

8 Days down... Up 4 lbs but I can tell it isnt BF.... AC went out last night... What are the odds... just getting into tren sleep and sweat and my F'in Ac goes out...

thanks! Thats what I ended up deciding on first 8 week 50mgs of tren,test,mast ED and last 2 weeks just 50mgs of test ED. 8 days in so far...

Don't shave legs unless you're stepping on stage. You'll look like a girl.

Tren is one of the most important factors in bodybuilding. You should look awesome by the end of the cycle.
 
Thanks Quick PCT run down... Post Cycle, Unleashed, arimidex, cabergoline, plus HCG at 1000 Iu's last 5 weeks... I have clomid and nolva laying around but prefer not to use... like cycle I use clomid @ 100mgs for a week then dropped it... IDK I have read 100's of post and countless hrs researching but Still trying to figure PCT out... what does my body respond best to...
 
@conanx- lol thanks man... thats what my wife said... really its just so the tan will stick with legs better... plus my legs fill up any board shorts out there and they ride up and show my white thighs.... I am going to try it at least once... maybe.. lol still undecided...

I started backwards last cycle I did Tren E and responded well.. So far tren a has treated me good... Cant wait until the summer!!
 
Def no Nolva with tren. 100mg of clomid is too high, 25mg for 4-5 would be a good dose. Post cycle and unleashed are good. Would run hcg starting week 2 of cycle and into first 2 weeks of pct, could then switch to hcgenerate.

I honestly liked hcgenerate better on cycle than hcg although it wouldn't hurt to throw in a dose of 500i.u.'s hcg here and there as well on top of the hcgenerate

Just goes to show how diff people respond to the same compounds. Although I have not taken hcgenerate I like how hcg works for me.

thats impressive bro, nothing will change your body like tren with good diet and training its almost unbelievable the results you can get in a short amount of time
 
Thanks Guys! This cycle is already one of the best I've done... Diet is locked in, along with the regimen! This is going to be 10 weeks total and on one hand i am excited to see results at that time... but I don't want to stop! HA... Plus my "doctor" is out of commission.... Thumbs down!!!
 
Really nice results so far bro.. I would just cut the gatorade to after your morning cardio with bfast... or eliminate it completely... Tons of sugar... Good for an insulin spike after workout, but thats about it.. The bcaas before will take care of you during cardio... btw, your using tren, your never gonna hve to worry about being catabolic with bcaas and tren...
 
want to melt that stubborn bottom belly fat off... anything OTC that will help this along.... Hydroxycut...? How about I wear a sweat belt or just my weight belt during every workout and cardio?

At 190 lbs... Strong... Vascular... Hard... (what she said) tren a has yielded No sleep problems compared to tren e... Aggression is up... Diet is still going good... I think I am on day 18 or 19.... Going great so far... Thanks for reading!
 
Shoulder pump hendered my workout for the first time... Normal for me... Have to stretch a bunch to combat... Low back pumps on back day fuck with me pretty good.. Getting stronger, harder, and more vascular everyday!!! I'll post update pics soon!! For now I'll post my unfinished motivational painting for my heavy bag set up... Woke up this morning at 193 but my bottom abs are getting really close to revealing themselves!!!! Man this has been going great so far... Did chest last night and I was throwing around the 100 pound dumbbells like never before... My gym's dumbbell collection skips from 100-120... Sucks I think ill try the 120's before this is over.... got 100's 15 times...
 
Go for it. That is what I did on tren. I kept increasing my bench 15 to 25 lbs as soon as I hit 8 reps. In 7 weeks I gained 90 lbs. on bench. If you hit 100's 15x then 120's should be ok.
 
40 lbs jump on dumbbells is pretty difficult without being able to work your way up... i asked them about filling that gap in but the weight is way expensive... at Least a set of 110's would be nice... but Ill go for it next chest day... or the next.. Ha
 
It is unbelievable how much they cost. But if you jump to the 120's and hit them 5 times that's good. Them try to increase your reps over the next few weeks. On tren this should come easy.

on a 5 day split so I havnt hit chest... Not going to try this week cuz elbow is tweaked... Maybe next week... Cant wait to push the 120's.

Cycle update.. Elbow responded well to fight with heavy bag last night... I am Icing it and taking it easy... Hopefully on Monday I can ease into some heavy weight... We will see... Still no sleep problems.... Last tren cycle I couldn't sleep without sleep aids... Weird... Sweat pours within about 5 mins... 193 pounds... Acne is flaring up a bit... But nothing crazy and that a Superbed can't handle... Most recent pic... Around day 30.. Half way done with tren and mast...

I am on ghrp-6 and cjc1295. The ghrp-6 really helps with those type of issues. I was pushing heavy weight on my tren cycle and after starting the peptides tendon and joint issues healed overnight. They are cheap and in opinion great addition to any cycle
and pct.
You just have to watch what you eat cause ghrp-6 makes you hungry and you want to pig out.

Can't say... I have decided I am done.. Shit hurts... O well.. That how it goes.. I have about 40 days of gear and I can do a new cycle... Live and learn...
 
I hear about the bloat put it doesn't do that to me even though I bumped up to 200mcg 3x a day. I could see putting on a ton of weight cause I can eat 3000 cals after a shot of it.

Shame about your injury, come back and hit it hard, i find short and sweet cycles are more effective anyhow
 
Ight y'all... I havnt stop injections yet... Elbow felt good today so I got into a fight with my heavy bag... It held up great... Had a good shadow boxing warm up and went pretty hard for about 30 mins... Elbow felt fine... Started to do some up down then it let me know I needed to relax... I am going to continue cycle... Back off weights for this week... And try to finish strong... Real strong... 195 lbs this morning...
 
NO Sir! I was going to but decided to give it a couple more days... And my elbow is responding well... Actually last night I was at the end of the vials so I did a big shot! Lol time to open some new ones! Should be in full swing by next Monday! Going to get the 120's x 6 before I am done... Well that's my goal!
 
120's x 4!! After 100'sx12... Next week I should be able to get 6-8 reps... Elbow held up, a little sore.... Still didn't go all out like usual but should be able to soon...
 
Sweet. I knew you could do it and I know you can make your goal. I was gaining on tren up until about 3 days after I stopped. Then I dropped a few reps and keep trying to get them back.

I do. But I have more time between waking and gym. But if I workout really early I just have some Greek yogurt and take bcaa's. Then I eat more and get more protein in after.

Wish you luck bro....I could never do it. I have to have at least two meals in me and digested to even think about iron. Glad the elbow is holding up.
 
Hit arms last night... Veins a looking insane! Had to back of the super heavy because of my elbow... And went for super pumped... I got there pretty quick... Didn't sleep a lick last night... Hope this "tren"d doesn't continue... Lol just me sleeping, not the tren... I love tren...

Hey fellas off subject real quick. i started my cycle of just test e of 500mg EW i was wondering if on the 5th week throwing in some trend would be a waste or if it would help? im only doin a 10 week cycle
