Tren A - Dbol - Test E Cycle Question

I am currently starting my cycle of Test E 500mg pw and planning for some add ins on my cycle. I am after building mass, I prefer a clean bulk rather then put on a whole lot of water weight.

I am thinking of the following:
1-5 50mg ed Tren A
1-5 50mg ed Dbol
1-12 500mg ew Test E

would this be a suitable clean bulking cycle? or should I leave the Dbol out?

My Stats:
23yo
6'3"
9% bf
193 pounds
4days in gym one day off - repeat (chest, back, shoulders, arms)
training for a couple of years
trying to dial in my diet again, I used to be heavier but haven't ate right for the last month, have a good eating plan now so will amp it up shortly
Done a cycle of Dbol (went great) Adrol (no sides but not the gains I was hoping) and Test E (time will tell)

All input would be much appreciated.

You sure you ready for tren bro? 6'3 and 193 seems really light, whats ur bf%?

Also need the usual cycle history age. A few years of training seems insufficient to mess around with something like tren, I've done some research myself and it's a drug on a whole other level. If I were you I'd stick to the test only.

bf 9% - 23 years old
ran a cycle of Dbol (this time last year) went great, some real nice lean gains, I do not hold water very much.
Cycle of Anadrol mid this year, went alright but Dbol was a better outcome, currently on Test E a couple weeks in and some nice gains but nothing too serious yet as its Test E, more to come around the corner I am sure.

If the gains from test alone aren't too great adding more juice is not the answer

I do occasionally however I am quite fit and I swim alot in the ocean (live on the gold coast) and this is quite sufficient for keeping my legs in shape, plus I like having a big upper frame (back days are my fav)
 
If I was you I would do this

1-12 Test E
4-8 Tren A
1-5 Dbol

That way you would have a nice lean bulk and by that time would probably lose some of the water weight you would accumulate from running dbol. Make sure you have an AI on hand, and a PCT ready also.

Yes I will have Nolva or clomid on hand for PCT, and not sure what I can get in relation to an AI however will make sure I have something on hand before I start.

Gotta disagree with your philosophy on legs but to each his own.....running nolva after a tren cycle is asking for trouble.....I stand by my 1st post and still say if test alone isn't working you need not add in more juice....training (legs!) and diet probable need a little work...

Can you post diet and training routine?

Don't wanna give any non-sound advice to someone more experienced, but maybe you'd be better off with Deca for mass bulking? Just my 2 cents
 
Like stated above, run Tren after the dbol. Also no nolva, period. Get some caber or bromo for tren side affects. Clomid if you want instead of nolva.

that means any more juice you add is basically wasted.. WASTED. how is the juice gonna work 100% if you dont work 100%

its like adding gas to a gas tank with a big hole in it.. and not modifying the engine.. the intake or the exhaust.. you are adding more fuel but you are not doing anything to burn it faster or get more power out of that fuel.
 
im only commenting on the cycle lay out IMO this would be better

1-4 30mgs of dbol(i belive if its legit you dont need more then 30mgs)
4-10 tren ace 50 mgs eod
1-12 test e 500 then pct..thats how i would run it

this is not a bad layout but i would run the tren atleast 6 weeks

run your adex while your on dbol

grab some post cycle,unleashed for pct

dont ever run nova after a tren or decca cyle
 
I would have to agree with Local on this as far as gear schedule... Go 6 weeks on the tren and go eod rather than ed if you really have to go with tren at all right now. In your case it doesn't sound like you need it. I'd recommend the dbol at 30mg ed 4 wks for a kicker and test e 500mg sounds good for 12. I'd throw in some deca or eq in lieu of the tren personally... Just me tho.... And you really do need a legs training day, the ocean will only get you so far but if you neglect them in the gym you will end up looking like sponge bob

Definitely read it releases Growth Hormone. Either way, legs will get you nice and thick all around. It won't just give you big quads but your core and whole body will get a bit thicker. Plus we all like the big top look but you look like a moron when you have massive arms, barrel chest, v taper, and regular legs. It really does not look good. Also, not that you are in this for the ladies, but just in case you are, ladies LOVE a man with thick muscular legs. :stilleto:

It's like turbocharging a stock motor. Yes, you can pull it off with low boost (superdrol, test, deca, eq, dbol, etc) and get some nice gains. Turn up the boost though (TREN) and you are looking at bending a rod. Blown motor. Build your motor first through serious time in the gym and in the kitchen and then you can shoot for those high pounds of boost and that 9 second 1/4 mile pass (aka tren blast).

Apparently the study regarding training legs releasing GH or T is not true, according to tons of peeps from bb.com, but who the hell knows, you should train legs anyways, it's stupid not to. Why would you neglect the biggest muscle group in your body? I've never trained legs and not sweat buckets get red in the face and heat my body up to 100 degrees, when people talk about lifting weights to lose fat, legs is the epitomy of this. Plus I agree, women love the jacked legs, also gives you more...horsePOWER when you're thrusting away, she'll love you for that lol

Alright so I am going to downsize to Decca for a sneek peak before Tren. however I have limited knowledge to Decca, will have to start another stack of research damn it!

so similar cycle with Dbol, Test and Decca? I'm not the greatest fan on Test E however like the slow release esther as I don't like being a pin cushion! any one have any sugestions on another Test that goes well with Decca/ Dbol?

Sorry about the late reply, been on holidays down in Melbourne (training and holidays don't mix)!

My diet I'm trying to pump back up to 4,000 cals a day, consists of my custom Protein & oats shake in the morning (650cals) Chicken Pasta (450Cals) Protein & Carb Shake (300cals) Tuna, Veggies & Rice (450Cals) snacks (nuts & fruits 100-150Cals) Turkey Breast & Veggies (450Cals) Cottage Cheese & Crackers (250) Protein & Carb Shake (300Cals) WORKOUT Protein & Carb Shake (300Cals) Steak/ Pork/ Lamb, Sweet Potato, Veggies, zuchini (500cals) Ice Cream (250cals)

Thats a rough example of my diet, I do have some extra snacks that I may not mention there.. anyone can critique my diet if they like, feedback would be good!

Do you have a diet that you stick by? if so may I please have a sneak glimpse?
 
just log everything you eat and track the calories and the ratios. if you dont track it daily you are just guessing..

once you track for a week or so then you can make adjustments that you can be pretty confident will work for you.
