LOTS you have better recovery powers i to train 5 times a week when i am 'ON' sat,sun,mon,wed,thur usaly do about 4or 5 different movements per muscle at least 3 'working sets ie as heavy as poss' group train for 1-1.5 hrs
Just a point i think i should mention as from what you say this could be your first cycle.
You will need to start your clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.
I would recomend a week off from training when you start your clomid.
When you go back after your week off reduce the your training volume. Reduce the number of times you train a week reduce your movments and sets build up to where you were while on slowly.
As often as you can at least 6 times a week! Nat. with different muscle groups. Your rejuv. time is at least cut in half, if you are on the right cycle; use it!!!
