Training while on a cycle how much???

age 23 cycle sust 500mg/deca 400mg/d-bol 25mg

i train 5 days a week

mon-friday

is this enough???

should i take a rest on saturdays and sundays???

LOTS you have better recovery powers i to train 5 times a week when i am 'ON' sat,sun,mon,wed,thur usaly do about 4or 5 different movements per muscle at least 3 'working sets ie as heavy as poss' group train for 1-1.5 hrs

Just a point i think i should mention as from what you say this could be your first cycle.

You will need to start your clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.

I would recomend a week off from training when you start your clomid.

When you go back after your week off reduce the your training volume. Reduce the number of times you train a week reduce your movments and sets build up to where you were while on slowly.

rest is the 2nd most important part of your training, next to nutrition. make sure you get enough.
 
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

As often as you can at least 6 times a week! Nat. with different muscle groups. Your rejuv. time is at least cut in half, if you are on the right cycle; use it!!!
